Message From Fr. Barnabas
And I told them of the hand of my God which had been good upon me, and also of the king’s words that he had spoken to me. So they said, “Let us rise up and build.” Then they set their hands to this good work.
- Nehemiah 2:18
Thanks be to God for all things!

At Saints Raphael, Nicholas and Irene Greek Orthodox Church in Cumming Georgia we have been blessed with substantial growth. We have over 130 family stewards and over 100 children registered for Sunday school.

We are beyond the capacity of our current buildings and infrastructure, but we thank God for the opportunity to build new facilities. We have over 16 acres of land in one of the fastest growing counties in the United States – we have plenty of room to build!
We have worked hard to embrace a vision for our presence in this county that is one of an outward focused ministry mindset. We want to be seen as a source of true blessing even by the folks who don’t attend church service here.

For our faithful, these new buildings will serve more people within the timeless beauty of our Orthodox Faith; to build an “Icon of Paradise'' right here in North Georgia.
Generations will call you blessed as you invest!
Saints Raphael, Nicholas and Irene has numerous limitations that have been exacerbated as the mission and ministries of our parish have grown
Current Limitations

-
A small altar with entrance through the men's bathroom
-
Worship services and fellowship time are packed to the maximum
-
Parish office, network and storage areas are too small
-
Aging physical infrastructures that are inefficient and expensive to maintain and repair
